Sidney Cabessa Sidney Cabessa Chairman and CEO
 After working as an engineer at Technip, Mr. Cabessa joined the Banque de l'Union Européenne (BUE) as a financial analyst and then as director of financial research before holding various management positions in the financial affairs department. Since 1990, he has been the chairman and chief executive officer of CIC Finance. Mr. Cabessa is also the chairman and CEO of CIC Investissment, chairman of the Supervisory Board of CIC LBO Partners and vice-president of the Supervisory Board of CM-CIC Capital Privé.
Mr. Cabessa graduated in chemical engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs, and has a BS as well as degrees from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques-Paris and the Centre de Perfectionnement des Affaires (CPA).

 Before joining CICInvestissment Est in 2000, Mr. Wendling was the regional director for the Sade Group and then associate director for FCPR Robertsau Investissments. With over 20 years of experience in private equity, Mr. Wendling is now director of the teams managing CIC Investissment Est and CIC Investissment Alsace. Mr. Wendling graduated from the Institut d'Études Politiques-Strasbourg.
