Alexandre Azan Investment Director
Mr. Azan joined CM-CIC Capital Privé in 2002 after 3 years in mergers & acquisitions at Crédit Suisse First Boston in London. He is a graduate of ESTP and has an MBA from HEC.

Mr. Thouroude has over 14 years of experience in the management of company-bank relations and four years in setting up and financing LBOs for small and medium-sized enterprises at CIC. He graduated from the Centre d'Études Supérieures de Banque.

Mr. Micouleau joined CM-CIC Capital Privé in 2007 after working for three years as a member of the venture capital team of Matignon Investissment et Gestion (Matignon Technologies). He graduated from the University of Paris-Dauphine and has a masters degree from EM-Lyon.
